What are Seconds?
Seconds are items that have a slight defect, are test pieces of reasonable quality or pieces that have been discontinued by the artist. Some of the defects may be obvious; some may be minor and harder to see. The items available in the Seconds Sale are often unique and cannot be reproduced. All sales of second-quality ceramic work are final.
