Making is what I love. I want to touch feel and manipulate the clay. I am primarily a functional potter and I throw on the wheel and hand build my pieces. I employ various techniques such as stamping, scoring, drawing and slip and underglazing to enhance my surface decoration.
I am a part owner of the cooperative studio sfclayworks in San Francisco. I have been making pots since 1990.
