ACGA ARTIST

I am a ceramic artist and educator living in the Santa Cruz Mountains. My work consists of wheel thrown and hand sculpted pieces using themes of animals combined with mechanical oddities. I believe artists process what we see and regurgitate it. Current events, social issues, the environment, history, art, love, sex, tenderness, color, texture, form, mood and everything we know and experience in life is chewed up and spit out. At times I have no clue where the deeper meaning lies.
